RFQ preparation guide

RF Amplifier RFQ Checklist

Prepare the details engineers need before quoting an RF power amplifier, UHF amplifier, EMC amplifier, SDR source, antenna or custom RF front-end. A complete RFQ helps CorelixRF confirm the right standard platform or custom review path faster.

RFQ details engineers check first

Use this table as a buyer-side preparation map before requesting a quotation. The goal is to reduce unclear requirements, avoid repeated email rounds, and move faster toward a standard or custom RF platform decision.

Compliance noteFor controlled RF, C-UAS or regulated programs, buyers are responsible for authorization and local compliance before use.
Requirement area What to prepare Why it matters
Frequency and bandwidth Target band, instantaneous bandwidth and expected flatness. Determines amplifier architecture and whether a standard platform can fit.
Output power and waveform CW, pulsed, modulated or broadband operation; duty cycle and dwell time. Thermal and protection design depends on real operating conditions.
RF chain and load Signal source, filters, cable loss, antenna/load, VSWR risk and connectors. Many failures happen outside the amplifier module itself.
Mechanical and control Module, rack, enclosure, cooling, remote control and monitoring expectations. Defines integration effort and documentation needs.
Documentation Test data, FAT, packing, serial numbers, acceptance checklist and support contacts. Helps procurement and engineering approve the order with confidence.
